Through Celebration of Life Community, Inc., the Help Me Read program staff give students the one-on-one attention they need to maximize in the academic process. We also come alongside parents, teachers, administrators and the community to help our children get the best that can be offered or given in the early academic and formative years of their lives. It is during these early years that the foundation is created whereon the continual building will be placed.
Dr. David Singleton has been graced to retire as a professional firefighter from the City of Rochester after 22 years of honorable service. Having served in fire suppression, Community Relations and Education, coordinated the Firefighter Trainee Program and started a scholarship fund at the Monroe Community College Foundation for graduates of the Firefighter Trainee Program. Bishop Singleton has obtained various awards and plaques for outstanding service and is a Chaplin of the Rochester Fire Department.
